Kate is a Senior Planner in T+T’s Wellington office with more than ten years of experience.
Kate has a sound understanding of resource management processes and the legislative requirements of the Resource Management Act. She has extensive experience in policy analysis and plan review processes, including the preparation of submissions on plan changes to Regional and District Plans and other statutory documents for a wide variety of clients. She has prepared and presented expert planning evidence at Council hearings, including for the Auckland Unitary Plan and Marlborough Environment Plan.
She has broad experience in preparing consenting strategies and feasibility studies for various private and public sector clients. She also prepares resource consent applications and AEEs for local government, infrastructure providers and private clients, and has processed resource consent applications on behalf of consent authorities.
Kate is an experienced project manager with a strong track record of delivering excellent outcomes for projects.
Kate holds a Master of Environmental Policy and is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
