Louise is a senior project manager with over twenty years’ experience in various sectors including roadings, railways and water industries. Louise has a geotechnical engineering background with knowledge and experience in the rock/soil slope stability, tunnel/pipejacking, mine stabilisation, ground improvement and temporary works predominantly within the UK.
Louise has experience of leading and managing, both geotechnical and multidisciplinary design teams both at bid and project stages providing leadership and technical advice and drawing on her knowledge of project management processes, design practices and subject expertise. Her project management experience is supported by her Association for Project Management (APM) qualification.
Louise's communication and negotiation skills are often successfully utilised on projects predominantly outside of her geotechnical expertise. Her collaborative, and lead by example ethos combined with her interpersonal skills and ability to optimise the application of emerging technology has ensured the success of projects resulting in cost and programme efficiencies and high praise from Contractors and Clients.
