Scope

  • Client/Project familiarisation
  • Understand client's specific objectives/needs
  • Identify and specify any need for development or personalisation
  • Agree training needs
  • Develop and agree “Scope of Work”

Plan

  • Analysis and develop “change” specification
  • Project Plan
  • Identify and secure resources and include in plan
  • Training needs included in plan
  • Determine infrastructure required and include in plan

Develop

  • System personalisation to Client needs
  • Develop unique requirements,  if needed
  • Document unique requirements
  • QA/Testing of full system
  • Develop test scripts
  • Deploy to client

Workshop

  • Train client project team (train the trainers)
  • Obtain client feedback (and re-develop as necessary)
  • All changes assessed against initial scope
  • Complete test scripts
  • User acceptance sign-off

Rollout

  • Deliver pristine and tested system
  • End users training
  • Go Live
  • Concentrated “go live” support
  • Final client signoff
  • Standard support
  • Site Audit after signoff (90 days)
  • Develop future plans
