Neville is a Senior Water Engineer, Project Director and Project Manager based in our Nelson Office.
Neville has over 27 years experience working on water and civil infrastructure projects in New Zealand, Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East. His experience includes business cases, feasibility studies, concept to detailed design, obtaining resource and building consents, construction and commissioning of projects. Neville is used to working in and leading multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, planners, architects, ecologists and other specialists as well as working in Alliances and on Design and Build Contracts.
Neville’s experience includes:
- Water Supply - wellfield development, transmission pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, distribution systems and connections
- Wastewater - projects from the biggest wastewater network projects in New Zealand to small rural schemes including treatment plants, tunnels, pipelines, overflows, storage tanks and pump stations
- Stormwater - pipelines, culverts, levees, pump stations, river protection and fish passage works
- Dams - projects including the design of new dams, modification works to existing dams and dam safety inspections and assessments
Neville holds a B.Eng (Civil Engineering) and an M.Sc (Irrigation Engineering) and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK).
