Project Delivery

You’re changing the face of New Zealand – changing how we live, travel and work, future-proofing our country for the coming generations.

Our Project Delivery specialists have built trusted reputations nationally and internationally, resulting in an impressive portfolio of high profile, high value work.

Their expertise and creative thinking is valued by blue chip clients such as NZTA, Vector, EQC, the Ministry of Education, the Well-Connected Alliance, the Government of Kiribati and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.

They’ve worked with New Zealanders at their most exciting and innovative and, in Canterbury, at their most vulnerable. T+T’s strength – committed individuals with a solid history in civil engineering, major infrastructure and natural hazards expertise is your guarantee of success.

Our people have repeatedly proven themselves. Some of our most visible, high value infrastructure successes include Tauranga HarbourLink Stage II, Hayward’s Interchange in Wellington, Auckland’s $1.4 billion Waterview Connection and Northern Gateway Toll Road.

Auckland’s Achilles Point involved construction of a palisade pile wall to stabilise the existing cliff, and a cantilevered lookout structure. With its new boardwalk, seating and paved areas, lush landscaping, naval flagpole and iwi totem pole, T+T delivered a valued community asset and a fitting tribute to the HMS Achilles sailors killed during the Battle of the River Plate.

Likewise, the Onehunga Foreshore Restoration (Taumanu Reserve) has won high praise from the community and local and central Government and many awards. New Zealand’s largest ever recreational reclamation saw the creation of 6.8 ha of new park land, a new pedestrian and cycle way, a pedestrian/cycle bridge spanning SH20, three new sandy beaches, six gravel and shell pocket beaches and new boat ramp.

The Pukeahu National War Memorial Park in Wellington was awarded the NZTA GEM Award for 'Connecting with the Community' and the HEB Business Excellence Award, Environmental.

Completion of the Arras Tunnel was key to the construction of Pukeahu in time for ANZAC Day 2015, which marked the centenary of the WW1 Gallipoli Landings and we’re happy to say we met that challenge, using our proprietary software project delivery platform.

Nowhere has New Zealand’s vulnerability been more evident in recent years than in Christchurch and wider Canterbury, where T+T worked tirelessly while developing pioneering technologies to aid the earthquake recovery effort, including the Canterbury Geotechnical Database and assist CERA in helping to inform the areas to Red Zone.

T+T works to exceed your expectations and aspirations, to ensure your project, your reputation, stand proudly. We are responsive, client-focused, nimble thinkers who deliver on every level, from project initiation, Resource Consents and design, to construction. They work to keep you, your project teams, stakeholders and investors educated, informed and happy. The results speak for themselves.
