Our team of better business case practitioners assists clients with planning and design expertise for the business case approach to project investment. T+T’s approach ensures a robust strategic case is made and a wide range of alternatives and options are considered to give decision-makers the information they need to make smart investment decisions. Often, it is our ability to provide an independent, objective perspective that is valued by clients such as Hamilton City Council, who asked us to complete a business case review of activity management plans for the whole of Council.
We were also asked to review and confirm the SAR for AMETI EB2 and 3 in conjunction with Beca. While T+T focused mainly on EB3, we also provided some technical inputs, in particular stormwater, traffic and geotechnical reviews to the Beca team for this work. Similarly, we may be engaged as independent advisors to audit or review a business case produced by another company, as we did for NZTA with the WSP Opus business case for Taranaki’s Mount Messenger Bypass.
