T+T teams take on the Oxfam Trailwalker
We have regularly participated in the Oxfam Trailwalker fundraising event in recent years, a 24 hour team based endurance walk covering 100 km in the Taupo region of New Zealand.
In 2015 we had four fundraising teams:
Team Scrambled Legs (Doug Johnson, Andrew Langbein, Brigitte Sargent, Stephanie Jones)
Team Fried Leggs (Jane Metcalfe, Miriam Tailby, Natasha Kirkeby, Penelope Lindsay)
Team Made in the 80s (Lauren Windross, Amanda Ekren, Natalie Hughes, Sarah Shaw)
Team Feels Like Team Spirit (Tom Bassett, Costas Chryssafis, Peter Scott, Sheryl Jury)
Please click here to read a heartfelt account written shortly after the walk, describing the experiences of team Feels Like Team Spirit.
