Tim Fisher, Monique Cornish, David Bouma, Monique Reymer and Mark Pennington

David Bouma, Technical Director – Dams and Rivers, on Friday night joined the esteemed Fellows club, where he was recognised as one of 23 new Fellows by Engineering New Zealand at a prestigious dinner held at the Boatshed in Wellington. Engineering New Zealand Fellows are leaders in the industry, who inspire others and have made a significant contribution to engineering.

David Bouma has 31 years' experience in water resources, civil and environmental engineering projects in New Zealand, South East Asia, the Pacific and Africa. 26 of those years have been spent at Tonkin + Taylor, where he has made a significant contribution to our business and our clients through his project work and various management and leadership roles. He served on the management committee of the New Zealand Society of Large Dams for eight years and has recently been elected as a member of the International Commission on Large Dams Technical Committee on Levees.

T+T is proud to have such a talent working for our business, and we offer our congratulations to David for being recognised in such a manner.
